We recently bought a huge lot of geotrax and after putting them together noticed that the roundhouse is missing two pieces so that you cannot connect it to any other part of the track. It's the dovetailed looking pieces that would come out of the sides. Anyone have some they would sell or know of other pieces that would fit?

Unfortunately, I don't believe there are any other parts that fit and FP doesn't have them on the replacement parts site. You could try to call FP, but I don't know if they still have any or not. That set has been retired for some time.
